The Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) has collaborated with creative workshop M&C Saatchi Group to launch an industry-first recruitment campaign. The agency won the business from the general insurance industry body following a competition earlier this year.

The ‘It’s Our Policy’ campaign, coincides with the launch of the Insurance Industry Talent Roadmap and supports ICA’s ambition and purpose to speak up for a resilient Australia. The creative campaign highlights real industry employees who fill roles that others may not know about in the insurance sector.
